Before moving to Connecticut, I lived in a small town in a state just north of here. It wasn’t a bad place, just not that diverse in food choices. It had a few common fast food burger joints, a couple Chinese restaurants, and more than a handful of pizza places. It was more than plenty to pick from but if you were wanting anything a little more ethnic, you were in the wrong place. The great thing about Connecticut is the food. Not far from my apartment is this amazing Restaurante Peruano. Seriously, you have not lived until you’ve tried Peruvian food.
