My tenant called us the other day complaining about a knocking sound she kept hearing from the furnace. I was really not prepared to hear  this because I had just spent a lot of money trying to upgrade another house and I didn’t have the money to install a new gas furnace. I told her I would be over there first thing in the morning just to see if it was something I could repair on my own. When I got there I did hear the knocking sound so I had to contact a repairman to see if was something that could be fixed or if it needed replacing. I was so happy he was able to repair the problem
