I have been reading up on how to lose weight fast and I was very shocked to learn that snacking is highly recommended by many experts. Eating healthy foods between meals stabilizes our blood sugar while keeping our metabolism up. This is one thing I am definitely going to start doing. I will need to pack healthy snacks every morning because the only thing available at work is junk food in a vending machine. I’ll take a package of wheat crackers and some apples for between meals. Hopefully this will help me to lose my last ten pounds before I get discouraged and start gaining again.
