Yesterday training at bjj geelong was awesome. You see we had this guest instructor who showed us about twenty different moves we could use in our competitions to gain the advantage over the competition. The moves were easy to learn, clearly explained and a lot of fun. I have noticed since i started training there i have increased my strength and fitness, my flexibility and my mental toughness. I am attending the class tomorrow as well were the instructor is going to teach us another eights competition proven techniques to ensure we win. If i keep this up by the end of the year i am going to be really good.

Well in the past few days has quietly cut prices on the Zune HD through an at least temporary promo for their special needs tricycles. The touchscreen media player now costs $190 for a 16GB model at Amazon, or $32 less than the original price; the 32GB model has dropped by a similar amount to $250. My husband went through 10k training pretty fast. He has always been a really good endurance runner, but he wanted to accomplish a 10 mile marathon in record, or at least near record, time. He succeeded, too, as he usually does. He loves to run, as it is his favorite outlet for his stresses. And as a successful businessman, he definitely needs an outlet from stress. Yeah, they used to yell that phrase around Tiger Woods, but lately I have been using it too. My golf game for the the last 10 years has been stuck in neutral. Regardless of how much I practiced I really never scored any better. That is until now. My kinds gave me a new golf putting aid for my wife’s and mine anniversary. At first I was skeptical, but now I am a big believer. Since using the golf putting aid my average scored has dropped 5 strokes. Putting was always the worse part of my game. Now I often hole out long puts. I never used to do that.

I ordered one of the new barrels online the other week. I got it and used it this weekend and I really love it. The Carbon Fiber Barrel is really as great as they say online and I am so glad that I bought that one.
