Construction Superintendent Jobs
A construction superintendent is responsible for supervising various activities at the construction site; overseeing the performance of construction crew or laborers; mentoring and training the staff; advising the management on deployment of workforces at different sites and use of different raw materials; and taking care of administrative issues like leaves, and wages. Related positions include commercial construction superintendent, project superintendent, construction supervisor, construction specialist, and construction auditor. A construction superintendent has an associate’s degree or a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Several years of experience in construction or civil engineering environment may be required.
