Truck Cranes are Easy to Use and Move
Crane manufacturers have developed smaller, mobile cranes, that can be used to lift up to 1,300 tons. These truck mounted cranes are affixed to reinforced pickup truck beds, so that cargo can easily be lifted, moved, and lowered into the truck for immediate transport. The cranes can be worked with a remote control, thereby reducing the number of people needed to get the job done. When not in use, the crane does not need to be removed and loaded onto a separate means of transportation. It can simply be transported on the truck itself, or removed from the truck and placed on another.
