We relocated to Stafford, VA from up in Ft. Greely, Alaska.  It was a military move and we’re still waiting on our household goods.  We had to interview our real estate agents over skype, and what we found was that the area has a lot of new, inexperienced real estate agents.  Ed showed us fredericksburg homes for sale, ones that we liked- online.  Before we even moved here we knew which house we wanted to buy.  I didnt know it could be done…we’ve looked for rentals online, but Ed was able to show us videos of the home, the nighborhood and the city. it was a nice touch.
